Membership Policies

    • Cancellations: To avoid being charged for the class, you must cancel your reservation at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will mean you lose that class booking. You can easily cancel online through your account or by contacting us directly.

    • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your class, please do so at least 6 hours before the original class time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

    • Class Availability: Class availability is subject to change. We recommend booking your class in advance to guarantee your spot, especially for popular classes.

    • Non-Transferable: Single class purchases are non-transferable.

    • Other Policies: Standard studio policies regarding conduct, attire, and safety apply to all single class attendees. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Please refer to our website or contact us for the most up-to-date information.

    • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your class to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals (15 minutes late or more) may not be permitted entry as it disrupts the flow of the class.

    • Expiration: Your 5-class pack is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. All classes must be used within this timeframe.

    • Guest Policy: You may bring one guest to one class during the validity of your 5-class pack. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot for your guest.

    • Unlimited Classes: Your monthly membership grants you unlimited access to regularly scheduled classes.

    • Guest Policy: You may bring two guests per month to any regularly scheduled class, space permitting. Please contact us in advance to reserve spots for your guests.

    • Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Because our classes are often in high demand, we have a cancellation/no-show policy to ensure everyone has a fair chance to participate.

    • Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel your class reservation within 6 hours of the scheduled start time or do not show up for a class you have reserved without canceling, this will count as a warning.

    • Account Lock: After two late cancellations or no-shows within a single month, your account will be temporarily locked. To unlock your account, a small fee of 50 NIS will be required. This fee helps us ensure that members utilize the class reservation system responsibly, allowing those on waitlists or without memberships the opportunity to attend.

    • Class Availability: Class availability is subject to change. While your membership allows for unlimited classes, we still recommend booking your classes in advance to secure your spot, as popular classes can fill up quickly.

    • Membership Term & Renewal: Your monthly membership will automatically renew at the end of each month. To cancel your membership, notify us of your intent at least 2 days prior to your renewal date. To cancel your membership, please contact us via email or phone.

    • Specialty Classes/Workshops: Specialty workshops, master classes, and other premium events are not included in the standard monthly membership and require separate registration and payment. These offerings often have limited capacity and may have different cancellation policies. Please check the details of each individual workshop or event for more information.

    • Members are allowed to freeze their membership for up to 2 months per year. However, each freeze automatically lasts one full month, meaning you can’t split the freeze into multiple shorter periods (e.g., freezing for two weeks four times). If you choose to unfreeze early, that’s totally fine—it will still count as a full-month freeze toward your annual limit.
