Some options for classes that would be great for first time Movers would be Zumba with Yael or Lior, PiYo Lite with Dafna, Core Restore with Rebecca or Liba, and Sculpt Yoga with Lior. Overall though, you have the option of moving at whatever pace you like in any class and should feel absolutely no pressure to keep up with anyone but yourself :)

Just take it slow, go at your own pace, and take breaks as needed. We reccomend you coming 10 minutes early to class, to give you time to order your belongings, take off your shoes and stretch as needed. We also encourage you to let the instructor know that it’s your first time. They’ll happily give you added guidance and assistance during class to ensure you’re practicing yoga safely.
